Everyone can do his part to tackle global warming

Global warming has reached a critical level that needs to be addressed without any delay. Each of us can do his part by adopting a more responsible lifestyle, starting with small, everyday things. Let us waste no time to save our planet, before it is too late.

Environment is equally important to our health as it has a great impact in everything we do. So, take some of the suggested measures listed below - you can play a positive part to address this long over due issues:-

Choose environmentally friendly products such as biodegradable and environmentally friendly products that do not create any negative impact to our landfills.

Choose high heat retention cooking appliances so as to cut down time spent on cooking. In this manner, nutrients are better retained. And most importantly, less carbon dioxide generated.

Maintain your car well to improve efficiency. This will not only save you money, but also save fuel and protect our earth from excessive emissions of carbon dioxide.

Choose the most energy efficient appliances when making new purchase.

Reuse your shopping bag to cut down the offer of disposable bags. These bags contribute to waste and pollution as they discharge carbon dioxide and methane into atmosphere, and pollute the air, ground water and soil.

Replace incandescent light bulb with compact fluorescent light bulb.

Bring your own reusable containers when you pack food.

Bring your reusable water bottle when you go out so as to minimize the waste of bottles thrown into landfills.

We, at the Lift You Up Blog will add to the above list, from time to time, so as to make it easy for your reference and usage.

Go for green today.

Thank you.

Be unique and exceptional

You are unique, so be yourself. You have been given certain gifts and talents to do certain things you love and enjoy.

Your life is your choice. Make it a difference and decide wisely that you do what is right and what is meaningful.

Be the master of your body, mind and soul. Have the courage to stand firm on your belief and dream. Press on to your goal and persistence until you achieve it.

Stay focus on your dream and forget about what most people would do in any given situation. Do not let the surrounding events to sidetrack you. Instead you should stay focus on your goal. Let your goals to drive you along.

Do what is best, what is right, and what makes the most positive contribution and goodness to the world.

Be exceptional to the general rule if you want to go for exceptional good achievement. Exceptional performance is the fruit of exceptional thinking. Instead of merely reacting to circumstances and events, use the creative power of your mind, talent and skill to develop a thoughtful, fruitful and effective response.

Always bear in mind that exceptional accomplishments are authentic achievements. Allow your priorities and actions to be based on the right values, purposes and vision of life that you feel most intensely at the center of your being.

Exceptional performance is meaningful and long for lovely lasting result. You have to look beyond the temporary and put your energy into creating everlasting value that serves a real purpose in line with what you intended for.

You were born to be unique and exceptional, to blaze a trail into unchartered territory where no precedence has been set. Act now, moment by moment, day by day, let your own unique, exceptional light shine brightly for all to see.

BE YOURSELF.

Truly you

You can make a great difference. It always begins from you yourself. Bear in mind that you are beyond your words, your actions, your circumstances, your challenges, your accomplishments, your past history and your future opportunities. The reality is that you can give it the meaning, beauty and love, if you wanted to. You are the painter, and life is just a piece of plain paper.

In life, you can either choose to quit or you can carry on. Choice is yours.

Neither the things you do are important to you, they may not be who you are. Nor the words you speak serve to express you, but they may not be who you are.

Similarly, the circumstances of your life give you a context in which to operate. However, those circumstances do not define you too.

Even the problems you have, the opportunities that are open to you, the challenges you face, the value you've created are all closely related to you. But they are not be who you are.

Your past tells the story of what you've been through, and your future gives you the direction in which you are heading to. You must realize that your past and the future are not you and never let your past to hold you back.

So unleash your potential now.

FRIENDSHIP MEANTS....

Once I sat and thought of What is a FRIEND to Me???

I came to a Conclusion which I would like to share it with My Near and Dear Friends...

That's You.

It is BY CHANCE we met,
BY CHOICE we become Friends...

Friendship is a strange thing.........
We find ourselves telling each other the deepest details of our lives......
Things we don't even share with our families who raised us...

But what is a Friend???
A Confidant?
A Lover?
A Fellow email junkie?
A Shoulder to cry on?
An Ear to listen?
A Heart to feel?....

A Friend is all these things.....and more.

No matter where we met, .....I call you Friend.
A word so small...
Yet so large in feeling...
A word filled with emotion.

It is true great things come in small packages.
Once the package of Friendship has been opened, it can never be closed...

It is a constant book always written...
Waiting to be read...
And enjoyed.

We may have our disagreements....
We may argue....
We may concern one another....

FRIENSHIP is a unique bond that lasts through it all...

A part of me is put into my friends...
Some it is my humour...
Some it is my listening ear...
Some it is my real life experiences...
Some it is my romanticism...
but with all, it is friendship.

Friendship forged are a construct stronger than steel built as a foundation...
Necessary for life...
And
Necessary for love.

Friends...
You and I..
You brought another friend...
And then we were 3...
We started our group...
Our circle of friends...
And like that circle...
There is no begining no end.....

We've have been Friends for such a long and lovely time.
There is no Friends like the Old Friend who has shared our morning days,
No greeting like his Welcome,
No homage like his Praise;
Fame is the scentless Sunflower, with a gaudy crown of gold;
But Friendship is the breathing Rose, with sweets in every fold.

Thanks for being a Very Good Friend to Me!!!

Appreciate your friendship.

God bless,

Personality Development Notes

Don't compare yourself with any one in this world.
If you compare, you are insulting yourself.

No one will manufacture a lock without a key.
Similarly God won't give problems without solutions.

Life laughs at you when you are unhappy...
Life smiles at you when you are happy...
Life salutes you when you make others happy...

Every successful person has a painful story.
Every painful stroy has a successful ending.
Accept the pain and get ready for success.

Easy is to judge the mistakes of others.
Difficult is to recognise our own mistakes.
It is easier to protect your feet with slippers than to cover the earth with carpet.

No one can go back and change a bad begining;
But anyone can start now and create a successful ending.

If a problem can be solved, no need to worry about it.
If a problem cannot be solved, what is the use of worrying?

If you miss an opportunity don't fill the eyes with tears.
It will hide another better opportunity in front of you.

"Changing the Face" can change nothing.
But "Facing the Change" can change everything.

Don't complain about others:
Change yourself if you want peace.

Mistakes are painful when they happen.
But year's later collection of mistakes is called experience, which leads to success.

Be bold when you loose
And be calm when you win.

Heated gold becomes ornament.
Beaten copper becomes wires.
Depleted stone becomes statue.
So the more pain you get in life you become more valuable.

Trust this comes just in right time.

Tough times never last,
But tough people do!!!!

Be more friendly

A young lady was waiting for her flight in the boarding room of a big airport.

As she would need to wait many hours, she decided to buy a book to spend her time. She also bought a packet of cookies.

She sat down in an armchair, in the VIP room of the airport, to rest and read in peace.

Beside the armchair where the packet of cookies lay a man sat down in the next seat, opened his magazine and started reading.

When she took out the first cookies, the man took one also. She felt irritated but said nothing. She just thought: “What a nerve! If I was in the mood I would punch him for daring!”

For each cookie, she took, the man took one too. This was infuriating her but she didn’t want to cause a scene.

When only one cookie remained, she thought: “Ah…..What this abusive man do now?”
Then, the man taking the last cookie, divide it into half, giving her one half.

Ah! That was too much! She was much too angry now! In a huff, she took her book, her things and stormed to the boarding place.

When she sat down in her seat, inside the plane, she looked into her purse to take her eyeglasses, and, to her surprise, her packet of cookies was there, untouched, unopened! She felt so ashamed!! She realized that she was wrong……………..

She had forgotten that her cookies were kept at her purse.

The man had divided his cookies with her, without feeling angered or bitter. While she had been very angry, thinking that she was diving her cookies with him. And now there was no chance to explain herself, nor to apologize.

The moral of the story…….

There are three things that you cannot recover.
The word…………..after it’s said!
The occasion……….after the loss!
The time……………after it’s gone!

Hello! There are nice people;
Did anyone ever tell you just how special you are?
The light you emit even light a star.

Did anyone ever tell you how important you make others feel.
Somebody out there is smiling about love that is so real.

Did anyone ever tell you that many times when they were sad, your email made them smile a bit, in fact it made them glad.

For the time you spend sending things and sharing whatever you find, there are no words to thank you, but somebody think you are fine.

Did anyone ever tell you how much they like you? Well, my friends today I am telling you.

I believe that without a friend you are missing out on a lot!!!

Have a nice day, and I’m glad we are friends!!!!

Sound very familiar

God created the donkey and said to him."You will be a donkey. You will work untiringly from sunrise to sunset carrying burdens on your back. You will eat grass, you will have no intelligence and you will live 50 years."

The donkey answered:"I will be a donkey, but to live 50 years is much. Give me only 20 years."

God granted his wish............. ......... ......... ......... ......... ......... ......... ......... ......... ......

!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!

God created the dog and said to him:"You will guard the house of man. You will be his best Friend. You will eat the scraps that he gives you and you will live 30 years. You will be a dog. "

The dog answered:"Sir, to live 30 years is too much, give me only 15 years."
God granted his wish............. ......... ......... ......... ......... ......... ......... ......... ......... ......

!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!

God created the monkey and said to him:"You will be a monkey. You will swing from branch to branch doing tricks. You will be amusing and you will live 20 years. "

The monkey answered:"To live 20 years is too much, give me only 10 years."

God granted his wish............. ......... ......... ......... ......... ......... ......... ......... ......... ......

!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!
Finally God created man ... and said to him:"You will be man, the only rational creature on the face of the earth. You will use your intelligence to become master over all the animals..You will dominate the world and you will live 20 years."

Man responded:"Sir, I will be a man but to live only 20 years is very little, give me the 30 years that the donkey refused, the 15 years that the dog did not want and the 10 years the monkey refused."

God granted man's wish............ ......... ......... ......... ......... ......... ......... ......... ......... .....

And since then, man lives 20 years as a man , marries and spends 30 years like a donkey, working and carrying all the burdens on his back. Then when his children are grown, he lives 15 years like a dog taking care of the houseand eating whatever is given to him, so that when he is old, he can retire and live 10 years like a monkey, going from house to house and from one son or daughter to another doing tricks to amuse his grandchildren.

That's Life.

Isn't life we are familiar with ??????????
__._,_.___

Just to remind you of this routine life so that you won't be trapped.

Cheers and live happily,

Read only if you have time for God

Let me tell you, make sure you read all the way to the bottom. I almost give up but I was blessed when I got to the end.

God, when I received this e-mail from a friend of mines, I thought... I don't have time for this... And, this is really inappropriate during work.

Then, I realized that this kind of thinking is... Exactly, what has caused lot of the problems in our world today and decided to publish it in this blog for all readers.

We try to keep God in church on Sunday morning..
Maybe, Sunday night...

And, the unlikely event of a midweek service.

We do like to have Him around during sickness..

And, of course, at funerals.

However, we don't have time, or room, for Him during work or play...

Because.. That's the part of our lives we think... We can, and should, handle on our own.

May God forgive me for ever thinking...

That... there is a time or place where..

HE is not to be FIRST in my life.

We should always have time to remember all HE has done for us.

If, you aren't ashamed to do this...

Please follow the directions.

Jesus said, 'If you are ashamed of me, I will be ashamed of you before my Father.'

Not ashamed?

Pass this on ONLY IF YOU MEAN IT!!

Yes, I do Love God.

HE is my source of existence and Savior.

He keeps me functioning each and every day. Without Him, I will be nothing. But, with Christ, HE strengthens me. (Phil 4:13)

This is the simplest test.

If You Love God... And, are not ashamed of all the marvelous things HE has done for you...

Tell this to ten people!

I don't think I know 10 people who would admit they love Jesus. Do You love Him?

THE POEM
I knelt to pray but not for long, I had too much to do.
I had to hurry and get to work For bills would soon be due.
So I knelt and said a hurried prayer,
And jumped up off my knees.

My Christian duty was now done

My soul could rest at ease.

All day long I had no time

To spread a word of cheer. No time to speak of Christ to friends,
They'd laugh at me I'd fear.
No time, no time, too much to do,
That was my constant cry,
No time to give to souls in need
But at last the time, the time to die.

I went before the Lord, I came, I stood with downcast eyes.
For in his hands God held a book; It was the book of life.

God looked into his book and said

'Your name I cannot find.
I once was going to write it down...
But never found the time'

Now do you have the time to pass it on?

Make sure that you scroll through to the end.

Easy vs. Hard

Why is it so hard to tell the truth but Yet so easy to tell a lie?
Why are we so sleepy in church but Right when the sermon is over we suddenly wake up?
Why is it so hard to talk about God but yet so easy to talk about nasty stuff?
Why is it so boring to look at a Christian magazine, but yet s o easy to look at a nasty one?
Why is it so easy to delete a Godly e- mail, but yet we forward all of the nasty ones?
Why are the churches getting smaller but yet the bars and dance clubs are getting larger?

Do you give up? Think about it . Are you going to forward read this, or stop it?

Just remember-God is watching you. Prayer Wheel-Let's see the devil stop this one!
Here's what the wheel is all about. When you read this, say a prayer for the person that publish it to you....

That's all you have to do....
There is nothing attached....
This is so powerful....

Do not stop the wheel, please....

Of all the free gifts we may receive, Prayer is the very best one....
There are no costs, but wonderful rewards... GOD BLESS!
May God keep you and bless you. If this doesn't give you chills, nothing will...this message is very true. Hope you are all as blessed as I was from this story. I wonder how many people will ignore this without reading it because of the title on it?

There once was a man named George Thomas, pastor in a small New England town. One Easter Sunday morning he came to the Church carrying a rusty, bent, old bird cage, and set it by the pulpit. Eyebrows were raised and, as if in response, Pastor Thomas began to speak...'I was walking through town yesterday when I saw a young boy coming toward me swinging this bird cage. On the bottom of the cage were three little wild birds, shivering with cold and fright.

I stopped the lad and asked, 'What you got there, son?'

'Just some old birds,' came the reply.

'What are you gonna do with them?' I asked.

'Take 'em home and have fun with 'em,' he answered.

'I'm gonna tease 'em and pull out their feathers to make 'em fight. I'm gonna have a real good time.'

'But you'll get tired of those birds sooner or later. What will you do?'

'Oh, I got some cat s,' said the little boy. 'They like birds. I'll take 'em to them.'

The pastor was silent for a moment. 'How much do you want for those birds, son?'

'Huh?? !!! Why, you don't want them birds, mister. They're just plain old field birds. They don't sing. They ain't even pretty!'

'How much?' the pastor asked again.

The boy sized up the pastor as if he were crazy and said, '$10?'

The pastor reached in his pocket and took out a ten dollar bill. He placed it in the boy's hand. In a flash, the boy was gone.

The pastor picked up the cage and gently carried it to the end of the alley where there was a tree and a grassy spot Setting the cage down, he opened the door, and by softly tapping the bars persuaded the birds out, setting them free.

Well, that explained the empty bird cage on the pulpit, and then the pastor began to tell this story.

One day Satan and Jesus were having a conversation. Satan had just come from the Garden of Eden, and he was gloating and boasting. 'Yes, sir, I just caught the world full of people down there. Set me a trap, used bait I knew they couldn't resist. Got them all!'

'What are you going to do with them?' Jesus asked.

Satan replied, 'Oh, I'm gonna have fun! I'm gonna teach them how to marry and divorce each other, how to hate and abuse each other, how to drink and smoke and curse. I'm gonna teach them how to invent guns and bombs and kill each other. I'm really gonna have fun!'

'And what will you do when you get done with them?' Jesus asked.

'Oh, I'll kill them,' Satan glared proudly.

'How much do you want for them?' Jesus asked

'Oh, you don't want those people. They ain't no good. Why, you'll take them and they'll just hate you. They'll spit on you, curse you and kill you. You don't want those people!!'

'How much?' He asked again.

Satan looked at Jesus and sneered, 'All your blood, tears and your life.'

Jesus said, 'DONE!'

Then He paid the price.

The pastor picked up the cage he opened the door and he walked from the pulpit.

Notes: Isn't it funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the world's going to hell.

Isn't it funny how someone can say 'I believe in God' but still follow Satan (who, by the way, also 'believes' in God).

Isn't it funny how you can read a thousand jokes through blog and they spread like wildfire, but when you start reading messages regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing?

Isn't it funny how when you go to tell this message, you will not tell it to many on your friends list because you're not sure what they believe, or what they will think of you for sharing it to them.

Isn't it funny how I can be more worried about what other people think of me than what God thinks of me.

We pray, for everyone who shares this to their entire friend lists, they will be blessed by God in a way special for them.

And send it back to the person who sent it, to let them know that indeed it was sent out to many more.

p.s:
We do it because we thought of you when publishing this. That you are one who may need to read this as well.. like us..

Be blessed and have a nice day………..

Be thankful always

READ THIS!!!! and then reread it. Especially the last part...> >

I walked into the grocery store not particularly interested in buying groceries. I wasn't hungry. The pain of losing my husband of 57 years was still too raw. And this grocery store held so many sweet memories.

He often came with me and almost every time he'd pretend to go off and look for something special. I knew what he was up to. I'd always spot him walking down the aisle with the three yellow roses in his hands.

He knew I loved yellow roses. With a heart filled with grief, I only wanted to buy my few items and leave, but even grocery shopping was different since he had passed on.

Shopping for one took time, a little more thought than it had for two. Standing by the meat, I searched for the perfect small steak and remembered how he had loved his steak.

Suddenly a woman came beside me. She was blonde, slim and lovely in a soft green pantsuit. I watched as she picked up a large package of T-bones, dropped them in her basket.. hesitated, and then put them back. She turned to go and once again reached for the pack of steaks.

She saw me watching her and she smiled. 'My husband loves T-bones, but honestly, at these prices, I don't know.'

I swallowed the emotion down my throat and met her pale blue eyes. 'My husband passed away eight days ago,' I told her. Glancing at the package in her hands, I fought to control the tremble in my voice. 'Buy him the steaks. And cherish every moment you have together.'

She shook her head and I saw the emotion in her eyes as she placed the package in her basket and wheeled away.

I turned and pushed my cart across the length of the store to the dairy products. There I stood, trying to decide which size milk I should buy. A Quart, I finally decided and moved on to the ice cream. If nothing else, I could always fix myself an ice cream cone. I placed the ice cream in my cart and looked down the aisle toward the front.

I saw first the green suit, then recognized the pretty lady coming towards me. In her arms she carried a package. On her face was the brightest smile I had ever seen. I would swear a soft halo encircled her blonde hair as she kept walking toward me, her eyes holding mine.

As she came closer, I saw what she held and tears began misting in my eyes. 'These are for you,' she said and placed three beautiful long stemmed yellow roses in my arms. 'When you go through the line, they will know these are paid for.' She leaned over and placed a gentle kiss on my cheek, then smiled again. I wanted to tell her what she'd done, what the roses meant, but still unable to speak, I watched as she walked away as tears clouded my vision.

I looked down at the beautiful roses nestled in the green tissue wrapping and found it almost unreal. How did she know? Suddenly the answer seemed so clear. I wasn't alone.

Oh, you haven't forgotten me, have you? I whispered, with tears in my eyes. He was still with me, and she was his angel.

Every day be thankful for what you have and who you are.

Even though I clutch my blanket and growl when the alarm rings.
Thank you, Lord, that I can hear.. There are many who are deaf.

Even though I keep my eyes closed against the morning light as long as possible.
Thank you, Lord , that I can see. Many are blind.

Even though I huddle in my bed and put off rising..
Thank you, Lord, that I have the strength to rise. There are many who are bedridden.

Even though the first hour of my day is hectic, when socks are lost, toast is burned, tempers are short, and my children are so loud.
Thank you, Lord, for my family. There are many who are lonely.

Even though our breakfast table never looks like the picture in magazines and the menu is at times unbalanced.
Thank you, Lord, for the food we have. There are many who are hungry.

Even though the routine of my job often is monotonous.
Thank you, Lord, for the opportunity to work. There are many who have no job.

Even though I grumble and bemoan my fate from day to day and wish my circumstances were not so modest.
Thank you, Lord, for life.

Tell this on to the friends you know. It might help a bit to make this world a better place to live, right? A friend is someone we turn to when our spirits need a lift. A friend is someone to treasure.

For friendship is a gift. A friend is someone who fills our lives with Beauty, Joy and Grace and makes the world we live in a better and happier place.

YOU ARE SOMEONE I CARE FOR! God bless you and your family.

Now tell this to every friend you have and thank you in advance,

James Oh

Getting old is fun

Please read the short story below and they well demonstrated that getting old is fun. Share with the old folks so that they can enjoy the rest of their lives.

An elderly gentleman… had serious hearing problems for anumber of years. He went to the doctor and the doctor was able to have him fitted for a set of hearing aids that allowed the gentleman to hear 100%.

The elderly gentleman went back in a month to the doctor and the doctor said, 'Your hearing is perfect. Your family must be really pleased that you can hear again.'

The gentleman replied, 'Oh, I haven't told my family yet. I just sit around and listen to their conversations. I've changed my will three times!'

------------------------------

Two elderly gentlemen from a retirement center were sitting on a bench under a tree when one turns to the other and says: 'Slim,I'm 83 years old now and I'm just full of aches and pains. I know you're about my age. How do you feel?'

Slim says, 'I feel just like a newborn baby.'

'Really!? Like a newborn baby!?'

'Yep. No hair, no teeth, and I think I just wet my pants.'

------------------------------

An elderly couple had dinner at another couple's house, and after eating, the wives left the table and went into the kitchen.

The two gentlemen were talking, and one said, 'Last night we went out to a new restaurant and it was really great. I would recommend it very highly.'

The other man said, 'What is the name of the restaurant?'

The first man thought and thought and finally said,'What is the name of that flower you give to someone you love? You know... The one that's red and has thorns.'

'Do you mean a rose?'

'Yes, that's the one,' replied the man..

He then turned towards the kitchen and yelled, 'Rose, what's the name of that restaurant we went to last night?'

------------------------------

Hospital regulations require a wheel chair for patients being discharged. However, while working as a student nurse, I found one elderly gentleman already dressed and sitting on the bed with a suitcase at his feet, who insisted he didn't need my help to leave the hospital.

After a chat about rules being rules, he reluctantly let me wheel him to the elevator. On the way down I asked him if his wife was meeting him.'I don't know,' he said.

'She's still upstairs in the bathroom changing out of her hospital gown.'

------------------------------

A couple in their nineties are both having problems remembering things.During a checkup, the doctor tells them that they're physically okay, but they might want to start writing things down to help them remember..Later that night, while watching TV, the old man gets up from his chair.

'Want anything while I'm in the kitchen?' he asks.

'Will you get me a bowl of ice cream?'

'Sure.''Don't you think you should write it down so you can remember it?' she asks.

'No, I can remember it ..'

'Well, I'd like some strawberries on top, too. Maybe you should write it down, so's not to forget it?'

He says, 'I can remember that. You want a bowl of icecream with strawberries.'

'I'd also like whipped cream. I'm certain you'll forget that, write it down?' she asks..

Irritated, he says, 'I don't need to write it down, I can remember it! Icecream with strawberries and whipped cream - I got it, for goodness sake!'

Then he toddles into the kitchen. After about 20 minutes, the old man returns from the kitchen and hands his wife a plate of bacon and eggs.

She stares at the plate for a moment.'Where's my toast ?'

------------------------------

A senior citizen said to his eighty-year old buddy, 'SoI hear you're getting married?'

'Yep!''Do I know her?'

'Nope!'

'This woman, is she good looking?'

'Not really.''Is she a good cook?'

'Naw, she can't cook too well.'

'Does she have lots of money?'

'Nope! Poor as a church mouse.'

'Well, then, is she good in bed?'

'I don't know.'

'Why in the world do you want to marry her then?'

'Because she can still drive!'

------------------------------

Three old guys are out walking. The first one says, 'Windy, isn't it?'

The second one says, 'No, it's Thursday!'

The third one says, 'So am I. Let's go get a beer.'

------------------------------

A man was telling his neighbor, 'I just bought a new hearing aid. It cost me four thousand dollars, but it's state of the art. It's perfect.'

' Really,' answered the neighbor.

'What kind is it?'

' Twelve thirty .'

------------------------------

Morris, an 82 year-old man, went to the doctor to get a physical.

A few days later, the doctor saw Morris walking down the street with agorgeous young woman on his arm.

A couple of days later, the doctor spoke to Morris and said, 'You're really doing great, aren't you?'

Morris replied, 'Just doing what you said, Doc:'Get a hot mamma and be cheerful.''

The doctor said, 'I didn't say that. I said, 'You've got a heart murmur; be careful.'

------------------------------

A little old man shuffled slowly into an ice cream parlorand pulled himself slowly, painfully, up onto a stool…After catching his breath, he ordered a banana split.

The waitress asked kindly, 'Crushed nuts?'

'No,' he replied, 'Arthritis.'

------------------------------

Now , before you 'forget', tell the old folks you know who could use a good laff ! Thank you in advance.

Wrong address

A man checked into a hotel. There was a computer in his room, so he decided to send an e-mail to his wife. However, he accidentally typed a wrong e-mail address, and without realizing his error, he sent the e-mail. His name was Ben.

Meanwhile....Somewhere in Houston, a widow had just returned from her husband's funeral. His name was also Ben. The widow decided to check her e-mail, expecting condolence messages from relatives and friends. After reading the first message, she fainted.

The widow's son rushed into the room, found his mother on the floor, and saw the computerscreen which read:

To: My Loving Wife

How Captain Hook became one-eyed

A pirate walked into a bar and the bartender said, "Hey, I haven't seen you in a while. What happened? You look terrible."

"What do you mean?" said the pirate, "I feel fine."

"What about the wooden leg?" the bartender asks. "You didn't have that before."

"Well, we were in a battle and I got hit with a cannon ball, but I'm fine now." says the pirate.

"Well, OK, but what about that hook? What happened to your hand?" asked the bartender.

"We were in another battle." replied the pirate. "I boarded a ship and got into a sword fight.
My hand was cut off. I got fitted with a hook. I'm fine, really"

So the bartender asks, "What about that eye patch?"

The pirate replies, "Oh, one day we were at sea, and a flock of sea gulls flew over. I looked up and one of them shit in my eye."

"You're kidding, " said the bartender, "you couldn't lose an eye just from bird shit."

The pirate responds, "It was my first day with the hook."

Hope you have a good laugh.

Cheers,

Good thing to do

One day, a teacher asked her students to list the names of the other students in the room on two sheets of paper, leaving a space between each name.

Then she told them to think of the nicest thing they could say about each of their classmates and write it down.

It took the remainder of the class period to finish their assignments, and as the students left the room, each one handed in the papers.

That Saturday, the teacher wrote down the name of each student on a separate sheet of paper, and listed what everyone else had said about that individual.

On Monday, she gave each student his or her list. Before long, the entire class was smiling.

"Really?" she heard whispered. "I never knew that I meant anything to anyone!" and, "I didn't know others liked me so much," were most of the comments.

No one ever mentioned those papers in class again. She never knew if they discussed them after class or with their parents, but it didn't matter. The exercise had accomplished its purpose. The students were happy with themselves and one another. That group of students moved on.

Several years later, one of the students was killed in Vietnam and his teacher attended the funeral of that special student. She had never seen a serviceman in a military coffin before. He looked so handsome, so mature.

The church was packed with his friends. One by one those who loved him took a last walk by the coffin. The teacher was the last one to bless the coffin.

As she stood there, one of the soldiers who acted as pall bearer came up to her. "Were you Mark's mathematic teacher?" he asked. She nodded: "yes." Then he said: "Mark talked about you a lot."

After the funeral, most of Mark's former classmates went together to a luncheon. Mark's mother and father were there, obviously waiting to speak with his teacher.

"We want to show you something," his father said, taking a wallet out of his pocket "They found this on Mark when he was killed. We thought you might recognize it."

Opening the billfold, he carefully removed two worn pieces of notebook paper that had obviously been taped, folded and refolded many times. The teacher knew without looking that the papers were the ones on which she had listed all the good things each of Mark's classmates had said about him.

"Thank you so much for doing that," Mark's mother said. "As you can see, Mark treasured it."

All of Mark's former classmates started to gather around. Charlie smiled rather sheepishly and said, "I still have my list. It's in the top drawer of my desk at home."

Chuck's wife said, "Chuck asked me to put his in our wedding album."

"I have mine too," Marilyn said. "It's in my diary"

Then Vicki, another classmate, reached into her pocketbook, took out her wallet and showed her worn and frazzled list to the group. "I carry this with me at all times," Vicki said and without batting an eyelash, she continued: "I think we all saved our lists"

That's when the teacher finally sat down and cried. She cried for Mark and for all his friends who would never see him again.

The density of people in society is so thick that we forget that life will end one day. And we don't know when that one day will be.

So please, tell the people you love and care for, that they are special and important. Tell them, before it is too late.

And One Way To Accomplish This Is: To ask your friends to read this story at this blog.

If you do not, you have missed out this wonderful opportunity to do something nice and beautiful.

If you have read this, it is because we care for you and it means there is probably at least someone for whom you care.

If you're "too busy" to tell your friends to read this message, would this be the VERY first time you didn't do that little thing that would make a difference in your relationships?

The more people that you tell them to read, the better you'll be at reaching out to those you care about.

Remember, you reap what you sow. What you put into the lives of others comes back into your own.

May Your Day Be Blessed As Special As You Are

Giving Up Wine

I was walking down the street when I was accosted by a particularly dirty and shabby-looking homeless woman who asked me for a couple of dollars for dinner. I took out my wallet, got out ten dollars and asked, 'If I give you this money, will you buy wine with it instead of dinner?'

'No, I had to stop drinking years ago', the homeless woman told me.

'Will you use it to go shopping instead of buying food?' I asked.

'No, I don't waste time shopping,' the homeless woman said. 'I need to spend all my time trying to stay alive.

''Will you spend this on a beauty salon instead of food?' I asked.

'Are you NUTS!' replied the homeless woman. I haven't had my hair done in 20 years!

''Well, I said, 'I'm not going to give you the money. Instead, I'm going to take you out for dinner with my husband and I tonight.."

The homeless Woman was shocked. 'Won't your husband be furious with you for doing that? I know I'm dirty, and I probably smell pretty disgusting.'

I said, 'That's okay. It's important for him to see what a woman looks like after she has given up shopping, hair appointments, and wine.'

Cheers and have a lovely day,

STOP TELLING GOD HOW BIG YOUR STORM IS............................INSTEAD TELL YOUR STORM HOW BIG YOUR GOD IS !

In Phoenix, Arizona, a 26-year-old mother stared down at her 6 year old son, who was dying of terminal leukaemia. Although her heart was filled with sadness, she also had a strong feeling of determination. Like any parent, she wanted her son to grow up and fulfil all his dreams. Now that was no longer possible..

The leukaemia would see to that. But she still wanted her son's dreams to come true. She took her son's hand and asked, "Billy, did you ever think about what you wanted to be once you grew up? Did you ever dream and wish what you would do with your life?"

"Mommy, I always wanted to be a fireman when I grew up."

Mom smiled back and said, "Let's see if we can to make your wish come true." Later that day she went to her local fire department in Phoenix, Arizona, where she met Fireman Bob, who had a heart as big as Phoenix. She explained her son's final wish and asked if it might be possible to give her six-year-old son a ride around the block on a fire engine.

Fireman Bob said, "Look, we can do better than that. If you'll have your son ready at seven o'clock Wednesday morning, we'll make him an honorary fireman for the whole day. He can come down to the fire station, eat with us, go out on all the fire calls, the whole nine yards! And if you'll give us, his sizes, we'll get a real fire uniform for him, with a real fire hat-not a toy one-with the emblem of the Phoenix Fire Department on it, a yellow slicker like we wear and rubber boots. They're all manufactured right here in Phoenix, so we can get them fast."

Three days later Fireman Bob picked up Billy, dressed him in his fire uniform and escorted him from his hospital bed to the waiting hook and ladder truck.

Billy got to sit on the back of the truck and help steer it back to the fire station. He was in heaven. There were three fire calls in Phoenix that day and Billy got to go out on all three calls. He rode in the different fire engines, the paramedic's van, and even the fire chief's car.He was also videotaped for the local news program.

Having his dream come true, with all the love and attention that was lavished upon him, so deeply touched Billy that he lived three months longer than any doctor thought possible. One night all of his vital signs began to drop dramatically and the head nurse, who believed in the hospice concept that no one should die alone, began to call the family members to the hospital.

Then she remembered the day Billy had spent as a fireman, so she called the Fire Chief and asked if it would be possible to send a fireman in uniform to the hospital to be with Billy as he made his transition.

The chief replied, "We can do better than that. We'll be there in five minutes. Will you please do me a favour? When you hear the sirens screaming and see the lights flashing, will you announce over the PA system that there is not a fire? It's just the fire department coming to see one of its finest members one more time. And will you open the window to his room?"

About five minutes later a hook and ladder truck arrived at the hospital and extended its ladder up to Billy's third floor open window. 16 fire-fighters climbed up the ladder into Billy's room. With his mother's permission, they hugged him and held him and told him how much they loved him.

With his dying breath, Billy looked up at the fire chief and said, "Chief, am I really a fireman now?"

"Billy, you are, and the Head Chief, Jesus, is holding your hand," the chief said.

With those words, Billy smiled and said, "I know, He's been holding my hand all day, and the angels have been singing.." He closed his eyes one last time.

Don't lie

An Indian man died and went to heaven. When he arrived at the heaven Gate Siva the God said, "Come on in. I'll show you around. You'll like it here."

Walking through the gates, the man noticed clocks everywhere. There were grandfather clocks, wall clocks, watches, and clocks in every corner.

It appeared that heaven was nothing more than a giant clock warehouse. Surprised at how heaven looked, the man asked, "God Siva, what's the deal? Why are all these clocks here in heaven?"

God Siva replied, "The clocks keep track of things on earth. There is one clock for each person. Every time the person on earth tells a lie, his clock moves one minute." "For instance, this clock is for Aru, the used car salesman. If you watch it closely, it will move. "Click." The minute hand on Aru's clock moved one minute. "Click." It moved another minute. "Aru must be into closing a customer deal right now," said God Siva. "The minute hand on his clock moves all day."

The man and God Siva continued walking. Soon, they came to a clock with cobwebs on the minute hand. "Whose clock is this?" asked the man

"That clock belongs to the Widow Achi. She is one of the finest, God-fearing, people on earth. I bet her clock hasn't moved in a year or two."

They continued walking and touring heaven. The man enjoyed watching the clocks of all his friends.

When the tour was finished, the man said, "I've seen everyone's clock but Mr. Samy's. Where is his clock?

God Siva smiled, "Just look up. We use his clock to work as ceiling fan."

Joke of two old fogeys

Two very elderly friends, Max and Gus, met in the park every day to feed the pigeons, watch the squirrels and discuss world problems.

One day Gus didn't show up. Max didn't think much about it, figured maybe he had a cold or some such. But after Gus hadn't shown up for a week or so Max really got worried.

The only time they spent together was at the park, and Max couldn't remember where Gus said he lived, so he was unable to find out what had happened to him. A month passed and Max figured old Gus had gone to his heavenly reward, but one day Max approached the park and, lo and behold, there sat Gus!

Max was very excited and happy to see him and told him so! Then he said, "For crying out loud Gus, what happened to you???"

"I have been in jail," Gus replied.

"Jail?" cried Max, "What in the world for?"

"Well," Gus said, "You know Sue, that cute little blonde waitress at the coffee shop where we sometimes get coffee?"

"Yeah" said Max, "I remember her. What about her?"

"Well, one day last month she got mad at me and to get even, she charged me with rape. I was so proud of what everyone would think an old goat like me could still do, that when I got into court,

I pled 'Guilty'." "The judge took a good look at me and gave me 30 days for perjury."

Sikh jokes

We all need a little laugh....and with the help of this Sikh jokes, it'll just be a breeze!

A man was in his front yard mowing grass when his neighbor,
a Singh, came out of the house and went straight to the mailbox. He opened it, looked inside, slammed it shut, and stormed back into his house. A little later he came out of his house again, looking nervous, went to the mailbox, again opened it, and slammed it shut again.

Angrily, back into the house he went. As the man was getting ready to edge the lawn, here our Singh came again, looking very heated up. He marched to the mailbox, opened it and then slammed it shut harder than ever.

Puzzled by his actions, the man asked him,'Is something wrong?' To which the ferocious Singh replied, ' There certainly is! My stupid computer keeps telling me I have mail!'

==============================

One Singh was enjoying the sun at the beach in America.

A lady came asked him, 'Are you relaxing?' Singh answered, ' No, I am Banta Singh.'

Another guy came and asked him the same question. Singh answered, 'No No Me Banta Singh!'

Third one came and asked him the same question again.

Singh was totally annoyed and decided to shift his place. While walking he saw another Singh soaking in the sun. He went up to him and asked, 'Are you Relaxing?' The other Singh was a lot more educated and answered, 'Yes, I am relaxing.'

The Singh slapped him on his face and said, Stupid, idiot. Everyone is looking for you and you are sitting over here!'

==============================

A Singh died and went to heaven. When he got to the pearly gate Saint Peter told him that new rules were in effect due to the advances in education on earth. In order to gain admittance a prospective heavenly soul must answer two questions:

1. Name two days of the week that begin with 'T'
2. How many seconds are in a year?

The Singh thought for a few minutes and answered...

1. The two days of the week that begin with 'T' are Today andTomorrow.
2. There are 12 seconds in a year.

Saint Peter said, 'OK, I'll buy the Today and Tomorrow answer, even though it's not the answer I expected. But how did you get 12 seconds in a year?'

The Singh replied, 'Well, January 2nd, February 2nd, March 2nd,etc...'

Saint Peter lets him in without another word.
==============================

Sardar Gurbachan Singh is appearing for his University final examination.
He takes his seat in the examination hall, stares at the question paper for five minutes, and then in a fit of inspiration takes his shoes off and throws them out of the window.
He then removes his turban and throws it away as well.
His shirt, pant, socks and watch follow suit.
The invigilator, alarmed, approaches him and asks what is going on.
'Oye, I am only following the instructions yaar,'
he says, ' it says here, 'Answer the following questions in brief' ..'
=============================

Two Singhs were sitting outside a clinic. One of them was crying like hell.

So the other asked him, 'Why are you crying?'

He replied, 'I came here for blood test'

The second Singh asked, 'So? Are you afraid ? '

He replied, ' No, not that.

During the blood test they will cut my finger'

Hearing this, the second Singh started crying.

The first one was astonished and asked him, 'Why are you crying?'

To which he replied, 'I have come for my urine test.'

A Malaysian joke

An Indian, a Chinese and Malay were involved in a terrible car accident. They were all brought to the same emergency room, but all of them died before they arrived.

Just as they were about to put the toe tag on the Indian, he stirred and opened his eyes. Astonished, the doctors and nurses present, asked him what happened.

"Well," said the Indian, "I remember the crash, and then there was a beautiful light, and then the Chinese and the Malay and I were standing at the gates of heaven. An Angel approached us and said that we were too young to die, and that for a donation of $50, we could return to earth.

So, of course I pulled out my wallet and gave him the $50 and the next thing I knew I was back here."

"That's amazing!" said one of the doctors. "But what happened to the other two?"

"Last I saw them" replied the Indian, "the Chinese was bargaining over the price, and the Malay was waiting for the government to pay for his."

Hope you have a good laugh. See you tomorrow,

Cheers,

An increditible love story

An incredible love story has come out of China recently and managed to touch the world.? It is astory of a man and an older woman who ran off to live and love each other in peace for over half a century.

The ?0-year-old Chinese man who hand-carved over 6,000 stairs up a mountain for his 80-year-old wife has passed away in the cave which has been the couple's home for the last 50 years.

Over 50 years ago, Liu Guojiang a 19 year-old boy, fell in love with a 29 year-old widowed mother named Xu Chaoqin. In a twist worthy of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, friends and relatives criticized the relationship because of the age difference and the fact that Xu already had children.

At that time, it was unacceptable and immoral for a young man to love an older woman. To avoid the market gossip and the scorn of their communities, the couple decided to elope and lived in a cave in Jiangjin County in Southern Chong Qing Municipality.

In the beginning, life was harsh as hey had nothing, no electricity or even food. They had to eat grass and roots they found in the mountain, and Liu made a kerosene lamp that they used to light up their lives.

Xu felt that she had tied Liu down and repeatedly asked him, 'Are you regretful? Liu always replied, 'As long as we are industrious, life will improve.'

In the second year of living in the mountain, Liu began and continued for over 50 years, to hand-carve the steps so that his wife could get down the mountain easily.

Half a century later in 2001, a group of adventurers were exploring the forest and were surprised to find the elderly couple and the over 6,000 hand-carved steps.

Liu MingSheng, one of their seven children said, 'My parents loved each other so much, they have lived in seclusion for over 50 years and never been apart a single day. He hand carved more than 6,000 steps over the years for my mother's convenience, although she doesn't go down the mountain that much.'

The couple had lived in peace for over 50 years until last week. Liu, now 72 years, returned from his daily farm work and collapsed. Xu sat and prayed with her husband as he passed away in her arms. So in love with Xu, was Liu, that no one was able to release the grip he had on his wife's hand even after he had passed away.

'You promised me you'll take care of me, you'll always be with me until the day I died, now you left before me, how am I going to live without you?'

Xu spent days softly repeating this sentence and touching her husband's black coffin with tears rolling down her cheeks.

In 2006, their story became one of the top 10 love stories from China, collected by the Chinese Women Weekly. The local government has decided to preserve the love ladder and the place they lived as a museum, so this love story can live forever.

So, love sets no barrier,
Love is everything,
Love is permanent.

It is right to celebrate

The Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival is just over. It is a celebration of reunion. It is very glad to see people travel to return to their homes, reuniting with their family on this happy and auspicious occasion. The children carried all types of lanterns, while the adults engage in light conversation over Chinese tea. And together, they admire the beautiful full moon; eat moon cakes while rekindling family ties- such a wonderful and enjoying life.

Moon cakes are round, symbolizing of reunion and completeness. Therefore, eating sweet moon cakes during the Mid-Autumn Festival represents the family’s togetherness and living in sweet harmony. This occasion is celebrate with the intention to bring harmony to the society as a whole and it is always begin at home. It is not only enriching the arts and cultures, but also life.

Apart from the traditional moon cakes, the moon cakes nowadays are given a slight of twist, with unique flavors created to capture the hearts and taste buds of the younger generation, thus adding more colors into the Mid-Autumn Festival celebration.

Legend has closely associated with moon cakes that it originated towards the end of the Song Dynasty, when the Mongols invaded China. The common people suffered under their rule and hence they planned to revolt. To avoid their plans from being discovered, the messages were hid in the round cakes which were sent to every family.

On the 15th night of the eighth month, the people rose up in revolt and killed the Mongol invaders as they slept. Moon cakes are eaten on this day every year to commemorate this event. The round cakes of the past have since evolved into the present day moon cakes with filling.

It is really makes life more enriching and rewarding. Do celebrate all occasions to live its to fullest and meaningful.

Love see no color

Wise decision made by British Airways!

This scene took place on a BritishAirways flight between Johannesburg, South Africa and London.

A white woman, about 50 yearsold, was seated next to a black man.Very disturbed by this, she called the air hostess. 'You obviously do not see it then?' she asked. 'You placed me next to a blackman. I did not agree to sit next to someone from such a repugnant group.Give me an alternative seat.

''Be calm please,' the hostess replied.'Almost all the places on this flight are taken. I will go to see if another place is available.'The hostess went away and then came back a few minutes later. 'Madam, just as I thought, there are no other available seats in EconomyClass.I spoke to the captain and he informed me that there is also no seat in Business Class. All the same, we still have one place in First Class.'Before the woman could say anything, the hostess continued.'It is not usual for our company to permit someone from Economy Classto sit in First Class. However, given the circumstances, the captain feels that it would be scandalous to make someone sit next to someone so disgusting.'The Hostess turned to the black guy, and said, 'Therefore, Sir,if you would like to, please collect your hand luggage, a seat awaits you in First Class.'

At that moment, the other passengers, who'd been shocked by what they had just witnessed, stood up and applauded. This is a true story..

Love resolve all disputes,
Let we glory love.

WELL DONE, British Airways, !!

The Wooden Bowl

Trust you will learn a valuable lesson from the tale of the Wooden Bowl.

The tale begins with:-

A frail old man went to live with his son, daughter-in-law, and four-year- old grandson. The old man's hands trembled, his eyesight was blurred, and his step faltered. The family ate together at the table. But the elderly grandfather's shaky hands and failing sight made eating difficult.
Peas rolled off his spoon onto the floor. When he grasped the glass, milk spilled on the tablecloth.

The son and daughter-in-law became irritated with the mess."We must do something about father," said the son. "I've had enough of his spilled milk, noisy eating, and food on the floor."So the husband and wife set a small table in the corner. There, Grandfather ate alone while the rest of the family enjoyed dinner.

Since Grandfather had broken a dish or two, his food was served in a wooden bowl. When the family glanced in Grandfather's direction, sometimes he had a tear in his eye as he sat alone. Still, the only words the couple had for him were sharp admonitions when he dropped a fork or spilled food.

The four-year-old watched it all in silence. One evening before supper, the father noticed his son playing with wood scraps on the floor. He asked the child sweetly, "What are you making?" Just as sweetly, the boy responded, "Oh, I am making a little bowl for you and Mama to eat your food in when I grow up." The four-year-old smiled and went back to work.

The words so struck the parents so that they were speechless. Then tears started to stream down their cheeks. Though no word was spoken, both knew what must be done. That evening the husband took Grandfather's hand and gently led him back to the family table.

For the remainder of his days he ate every meal with the family. And for some reason, neither husband nor wife seemed to care any longer when a fork was dropped, milk spilled, or the tablecloth soiled.

On a positive note, I've learned that, no matter what happens, how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow.

I've learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she handles four things: a rainy day, the elderly, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights.

I've learned that, regardless of your relationship with your parents, you'll miss them when they're gone from your life.

I've learned that making a "living" is not the same thing as making a "life.."

I've learned that life sometimes gives you a second chance.

I've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands. You need to be able to throw something back.

I've learned that if you pursue happiness, it will elude you. But, if you focus on your family, your friends, the needs of others, your work and doing the very best you can, happiness will find you.

I've learned that whenever I decide something with an open heart, I usually make the right decision.

I've learned that even when I have pains, I don't have to be one.

I've learned that every day, you should reach out and touch someone.

People love that human touch -- holding hands, a warm hug, or just a friendly pat on the back.

I've learned that I still have a lot to learn...

Life is an endless learing. So, choose this blog to be your life time partner.

Change for the better

Change is inevitable. So, how to make profit out of change in life?

I was once lost,
Now am found,
Was blind,
But now I see.
I like to thank you for Your daily provision of life and strength,
and the countless good things You give me each day.

You don't need great intelligence to see how I benefit from the change.

We are well aware that neither fighting against what you don't want will not give rise to what you want, nor punishing those who have caused you pain will not do anything to lessen that pain.

Negative feelings are like quick sand; the more you fught, the deeper you sink. Alternatively, you may be a turning point for you if you know how to handle it well.

Stay focus on what you want can give you a powerful sense of determination. That determination can be of great value when you apply it toward creating the things you do want.

Give your awareness, attention and energy to where you are heading to and do not focus on what you are running away from

When you are caught in a difficult situation, the prospect of making a change can be very appealing. However, if you change for the sake of change will bring you no where and you may end up being worse off than you were before.

So, when you use your time and resources to make that change, be sure it will not only get you away from where you are, but will also benefit your life. Do not let the negativity of the past to hold you back, but instead you should follow the positive possibilities. Be an architect of your mind's landscape is very crucial in assisting you to gain, rebuild and sustain positive energy at all times.

Whenever you make a change, use the opportunity to make it for the better for everyone inclusive yourself – to make your choice a positive and meaningful so that it brings new richness and value to you and others. To be a great difference in your life, live up to “Be the first to show concern for the people and the last to enjoy.” Yue Yang Lou Ji’ (The Yueya ng Pavilion).

Make the change for good cause so that you will be leaving a legacy behind.

Dare to dream

Life is short, you must dream big if you want to make a great difference in your life.

Dream is the first step to achieve your goal. In order to achieve your dream, you must not allow negative assumption that you cannot achieve it, enter into your mind. Instead, you must act precisely what you expect to be able to do.

You are never too old or too young, too rich or too poor, to direct the energy of your life toward your dream, unless you give up. Life is about making a difference, and create a true value that's something you can do no matter what your circumstances may be.

Take the time to find the place you truly wish to go, something you sincerely desire to achieve, commit yourself to it, and make the effort to make it happen.

You must aware that your dreams represent the most valuable gifts you have to give effect to it so as to lead you to a meaningful life.

Therefore to allow the best of yourself to be fully expressed, you must dare to dream.

Lord, grant to us a holy zeal;
That burn within heart;
A zeal like Yours for truth and right;
From which we'll not depart;
So do our dreams.

So dream now,
